Medication reviews are done six monthly for the majority of medications. We also do opportunistic face to face review of medication use.

Medication records are all kept on our computer system.

Prescribing adviser. The doctors and nurse practitioner have recently met with our local prescribing advisor to discuss various medication issues including our personal prescribing patterns. We have agreed to target three separate areas where we feel we should aim to alter our choice of medication.
