Telephone contact with practice. It is possible to arrange telephone consultations with our doctors and nurses. A member of the practice reception team is available to answer the telephone between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Telephone contact with out of hours service. We use an answer phone to inform patients of the out of hours service. The message gives the telephone number twice and the details are clearly audible.

Smoking cessation service. The practice have a very positive attitude to helping patients quit smoking. We use a variety of resources including referral to our in house service , referral to local LESS advisor and prescription of nicotine replacement treatment.

Information leaflets. We have a practice leaflet and a regularly updated website. Information regarding maternity services is available.
