Nursing Services
Our nursing team offers: travel vaccinations, flu vaccinations, cervical smear tests, coronary heart disease reviews, asthma checks, diabetic annual review, well person screening, blood pressure monitoring, wound dressing, ear advice, blood testing, smoking cessation advice, sexual health advice, general health advice.
Appointments can be made in advance or on the day.
Antenatal Care
We have regular antenatal clinics at both surgeries. Most births in our practice will be at one of the obstetrics departments at St James Hospital or Leeds Infirmary. We like to know about a pregnancy early so we can arrange appropriate antenatal care.
Well baby/Health Visiting
We have well baby clinics held at Colton Mill on a Monday morning and on Thursday afternoon.These are run by our health visitors. Routine childhood immunisations are done by one of the practice nurses at the baby clinic and one of our doctors is present to give advice.
