Minor Surgery

We have offered a minor surgery service to our own patients for over 20 years. In the last 7 years we have also had a weekly PCT minor surgery service run by Dr Fox. This accepts referrals from neighbouring practices.

The service is set up to avoid unnecessary hospital referrals. Sebaceous cysts, skin tags, moles, ingrowing toe nails, benign skin lesions can all be removed if the doctor thinks this is appropriate. A variety of different musculoskeletal conditions can be treated with cortisone injection.
